I’m passionate about helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
I work with children, adults, and families, creating a safe space to navigate life’s challenges and discover new ways forward. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in compassion, with a focus on healing and growth. I have experience supporting clients through chronic pain, trauma, and family struggles, always honoring each person’s unique story. Whether in person or online, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater connection and well-being.

Play Therapy
Play therapy offers children a safe and creative
space to express their thoughts and emotions through play—the language they
know best. Through games, storytelling, and imagination, children learn to
process big feelings, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills.
It’s a gentle, engaging approach that helps kids grow emotionally while
having fun.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a safe, one-on-one space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, foster personal growth and resilience, and enhance overall well-being while working toward meaningful life improvements.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy helps partners
improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship
by providing a supportive space to explore challenges, build understanding,
develop skills, and foster a healthier, more fulfilling connection.
BIPOC Therapy
BIPOC therapy is a culturally responsive therapy that offers a safe supportive space to honor experiences, navigate challenges, foster
healing, build resilience and empowerment, strengthen identity and personal
strengths, improve overall emotional well-being and confidence.
Chronic Pain Therapy
Chronic pain therapy addresses both
the individual’s pain and its impact on relationships, helping clients
develop coping strategies, improve communication, strengthen support
systems, and foster healthier, more balanced relationships while enhancing
overall life quality.
